Paul Anspach and Jack Hobday founded Anspach & Hobday in London in 2013 located in the arches of the Bermondsey beer mile. In 2020 they moved most of their production to a new site in Croydon, tripling production. The Beer Idiots talked with Jack Hobday on what’s happened since and the state of the British craft beer scene post-Covid. Hint: the UK is losing quite a few breweries each week!
