We’re bringing back the same formula you loved, with even more exciting additions!

Our brunches are more than just a meal; they’re a 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 through the 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Each dish is crafted with 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 🥦, emphasizing 𝒔𝙪𝒔𝙩𝒂𝙞𝒏𝙖𝒃𝙞𝒍𝙞𝒕𝙮 🌍 with 𝙯𝙚𝙧𝙤 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 ♻️ and 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩. We believe in food that’s not only delicious but also good for the planet!

Expect a blend of our 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀 and 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀 that will make your taste buds dance (and this time, with pumpkins)!

▪️ A Sourdough Bread with a story from Les Coopains de la Boulangerie
▪️ A couple of Zero waste desserts (with the recipe as a gift!)

▪️ A glass of home-fermented lemonade: Kombucha, Tepache, Dramaz depending on availability
