𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘂 will be based on good products from the field according to the harvest. To give you an idea, the menu cost 𝟮𝟴 € p.p and you will get:

▪️ Grilled and smoked delights right on the field
▪️ A Stew / slow cooked dish from around the world
▪️ Locally sourced grain or rice salad
▪️ Two or three dips inspired by our Lab taste makers
▪️ A Cold or Hot soup with the available vegetables of CSA Courjette
▪️ Two Seasonal lacto ferments or preserved vegetables
▪️ A Sourdough Bread with a story from Les Coopains de la Boulangerie
▪️ A couple of Zero waste desserts
▪️ Ancestral Jam or Chutney
▪️ A glass of home-fermented lemonade: Kombucha, Tepache, Dramaz depending on availability
