We’re celebrating Spring!

On April 5th we’ll celebrate spring with the sale of hop plants from Hoppecruyt and have a special exhibition “Flowers”. Accompanied by a glass of Early Summer 🙂
During this first friday event neighbours will be present to explain how we grow hops together and make our yearly fresh hop “Schol” beer. We’ll have some plants ready for you in the brewery at very democratic prices.
For our Salon we have the expo “Flowers”. A look behind the scene of STROOM from the C-W collection. Artists include: Kirsten Goemaere, Loïc Van Zeebroek, Walasse Ting, Guillaume Corneille and Prosper De Troyer.
A fresh batch of “Early Summer”🍻
This is our IPA “gateway drug” to helping people love hoppy beers as much as we do. Styrian Dragon is a new hop from Slovenia that gives the beer a taste of fresh berries and the smell of fresh grass. Simcoe is a well-loved US varietal that adds a touch of dank and citrus, lending a beautiful aroma. We polish it off with a couple other European and US hops to make a truly “Trans-Atlantic” beer. The beautiful artwork on this can comes from Joëlle Dubois.
