Julien Pecheur, Lucas Del Biondo et Charles Sanner started brewing in their apartments then in 2017 launched Hoppy Road in Nancy. They’ve made a lot of beers since, 150 recipes and counting, and have not lost their lust for experimenting, trying their hands at mixed fermentation beers. The Beer Idiots talked with Pecheur at the Lille beer festival in 2021.
