At the Eylenbosch family farm in Huizingen, Senne Eylenbosch is blending geuzes that in two years have become a cult favourite among the lambic lovers.
In 2021, Senne presented his first Oude Kriek, with his first Oude Geuze following a year later. Together with his business partner Vincent Alluin they have brought Boerenerf to a point where they are starting to get noticed.
We first met Senne and Vincent while they were working at 3 Fonteinen, learning from one of the best in the world of lambic. It was great to see them with their dreams flourishing at the family farm, owned by his father Paul and mother Veerle.
