De Lambikstoempers beer club celebrated its 25 birthday with an exclusive bottling of an oude geuze and we were there when it was presented on 4 June at the Brewers House in Brussels.
Cuvée Lambikstoemper 2024 was composed by De Lambikstoempers at Timmermans Brewery in Itterbeek. The beer is a blend of 40% lambic from foeder 4 (brew 10/05/2023), 22.5% from pipe 214 (brew 26/03/2020), 24.2% from foeder 20 (brew 11/11/2019) and 13.3% from a Pinot Gris barrel (brew 24/03/2022). It was blended by De Lambikstoempers on 21/09/2023, bottled in December 2023. The result is 2,556 bottles.
Cuvée Lambikstoempers 2024 is available at some online stores and also at Streekproducten Centrum in Halle for €12.50.
