Karolina Ściana and her husband Wojtek started Brewery Cztery Ściany (Four Walls) in August 2016 in Trzebnica near Wrocław and from the very beginning received favorable reviews from beer bloggers and craft beer enthusiasts.
They started off as home brewers. They both decided to turn their passion for beer into a business. Currently they have about 36 beers listed on UnTappd, but now want to a bigger place to brew and more output and a bottling line. Their current fermenting capacity is 10 hl.
“We brew well thought out and refined beers in different styles,” says Karolina. “Due to the low production, our beers are available mainly locally and in multitaps in major Polish cities.”
Some of their passion comes through in their fruit beers made with produce from local orchards, but they like to experiment in all styles.
